The village of Tee Lai Pha is one the furthermost villages from Sangklaburi next to the Thai/Burma border. A new school building was funded by Genesis Network and Kidlaunch, and Echo funded the furnishings, computers and school supplies to the tune of $3500. Over 100 students attend the school and are able to have access to learning even in such a remote area. Without this school it would be too far to travel from their homes to the next closest village and school. They simply would not attend and become vulnerable to the risks of living stateless along the Thai/ Burma border.
