Landing in Bangkok

I was two thirds of the way through my “trip of a life time”. I had been sleeping on couches, floors, and the occasional hotel bed for the past 8 months. I had scuttled all across the globe and was ready for the next chapter of my adventure. I was leaving behind the gateway to the East, Istanbul. I gave my back pack and 70% of my meager travel possessions and clothes to a friend on route back to Australia.
